First post frenzy: These boots. This charming, detailed, and demure heeled boot by Jeffrey Campbell still loom at the very top of my mental purchase wish-list. They carry this heavy, gothic, post-Cure allurement that I can't quite get over. Gothic?! I know. But really though, throw some black polish on 'em, detach the ruffles (yes, the ruffles are detachable. swoooon), line the eyes real dark and the potential is there! I guess that suggestion was leaning more towards the abstract thinker; they're black and handsome in my thoughts always. It seems they've been placed into a witness-protection program, falsely advertising a frolicky, soft brown (possibly darker.. see? this is why I need them) shoe and doing a damn great job at it. These, my loves, are combat boots with class.

Holy F, this is awesome. I'm linking to you, like, now. I want those boots, too!
ReplyDeleteFour years strong, congratulations! I've been a vegetarian of some sort for about 7 years. About a year ago I picked up seafood (health related).
ReplyDeleteSomething astounds me about a rough and tumble boot with ruffles. I would love to rock those bad boys.
